The latest university rankings for 2027 are here! The Complete University Guide annual league table is designed to help students make informed decisions when choosing a university in the UK. The ranking evaluates 130 universities across the United Kingdom based on a range of criteria, including entry standards, student satisfaction, research quality, spending on student facilities, and graduate employment prospects. More than half of the universities in the prestigious Russell Group are ranked within the UK’s Top 30 universities.

Loughborough University was ranked 8th out of 130 institutions in The Complete University Guide 2027 and 10th in the UK for Graduate Prospects in The Complete University Guide 2026. The University of Exeter was ranked 11th in the UK by The Complete University Guide 2027. As a member of the prestigious Russell Group, Exeter is widely recognised for its teaching quality and research excellence.
