What are the reasons you decide to go study in Australia rather than in Thailand?
My name is Dana, and I just graduated from a bachelor degree (Psychology Program – majoring in Psychological Science and minoring in Visual Arts) at the University of Sydney. I choose to study in Australia as this country offers me higher quality education. Most universities here are usually ranked among the top universities in the world; especially this university that I chose. Secondly, there are many work opportunities in Australia. Lastly, Australia have a safe and mainly friendly environment to lived in.
Why did you chose this course?
Master of Creative Arts Therapy: Drama specialisation
I choose this course as I wish to become an art therapist. There are also other many reason, some of them being:
- The university’s high reputation
- The specialisation course
- It’s program which is a combination of coursework and practical experience.
- The professional accreditation (ANZACATA)
- The career prospects
As I wish to be an art therapist, this course would definitely leads me to this career path; with extra knowledge on how to become a drama therapist.
What are the university’s strength points that made you chose to study here?
I choose to study in this university as University of Melbourne is known for their high-quality teaching and education; it is one of the top universities in the world as well as a member of Australia’s group of eight. UniMelb also offers loads of courses and specialisation especially in Master year. Further UniMelb’s reputation would allows my degree to be recognised and respected by my (future) employers around the world. And I’m impressed with the university’s architecture when I visited there.
