Course: LLM Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law
Institution: University of East Anglia
Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to the UK?
I completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Chulalongkorn University and later pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and Information Law at King’s College London.
Why did you choose to study in the UK?
I chose the UK because it offers a wide range of comprehensive law programmes across many specialisations. There are also many universities recognised by the Thai Office of the Judicial Commission, and it is easier to access academic resources.
Why did you choose this university and what is your memorable experience at the university?
I chose University of East Anglia because its campus is located in a peaceful environment, which is ideal for studying. The area has plenty of facilities, including shops and parks, so it is very convenient for daily life. It is also not too far from London.
Why did you choose this course?
I chose this course because it is a relatively new programme that focuses on the intersection of law and technology, which is highly relevant in today’s world.
How will your degree help your future career after graduation?
I can apply my knowledge of information technology law from the UK and Europe to the Thai context, contributing to the development of legal frameworks in Thailand.
What did you like the most about our service and your counsellor?
P’Ploy from One Education provided helpful guidance on university selection, assisted with preparing application and visa documents, and supported me in getting ready before departure.
