Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to the UK?
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in International Relations, from Kasetsart University.

Why did you choose to study in the UK?
I wanted to improve my English skills, experience living abroad, and study in a different field that I was interested in and could apply to my future career.

Why did you choose this university and what impressed you during your studies?
I chose Bournemouth University because it is located in Bournemouth, a well-known tourist city famous for hospitality.

Bournemouth is also a popular seaside destination in the UK, which means the weather is milder and easier to adapt to compared to other parts of the country.

Why did you choose this course?
At the time, Thailand’s tourism and hospitality industry was growing rapidly. As someone who enjoys working in service and customer care, I decided to study this field so I could apply the knowledge to my future career.

What is your current occupation?
I currently work as a Corporate Client Relations Officer at Bumrungrad Hospital.

How has your degree helped your career after graduation?
The most valuable outcome has been the significant improvement in my English skills across all areas.

In addition, I gained business knowledge that complemented my background in political science. This helped me secure a role involving international clients and global markets, and gave me much greater confidence when working with and communicating with foreign clients.

What did you like the most about our service and your counsellor?
I am very grateful to have had One Education as my consultant. The team provided continuous support and valuable advice, especially during the preparation stage, including IELTS guidance. Without their help with the visa application and accommodation arrangements, studying in the UK would have been much more difficult for me, as I had just graduated and had no prior experience.
