Don’t miss this blog if you’re going to study abroad in Melbourne! One Education wanted to share 6 locations that you must include in your highlights while studying in Melbourne, as guaranteed by Melbourne Alumni.
1. Great Ocean Road
The Great Ocean Road was the first spot I visited when I arrived in Melbourne, and I got the opportunity to enjoy it both in-town and on the outskirts of the city. Furthermore, this trip assisted me in making new friends, both Thai and foreigners from various locations.

2. Phillip Island
Philip Island is my favorite location. My classmates and I visited Wildlife Park. You can get up close with kangaroos, which is a must. Even though we have a long drive ahead of us, I still recommend that we should not miss this trip. Along the way, you may also run into kangaroos and koalas.
📝 P’ Aey – Impact English College
3. Albert Park & Yarra Riverbank
Point Ormond is a coastal area near the city, and it has the most beautiful viewpoint for seeing sunset that I have ever seen, Suburb area outside of town, Albert Park is a riverside park where you can see Melbourne CBD’s skyscrapers on the other side and Yarra River Bank has a riverside walking path where you can have a leisure walk while watching skyscrapers and relaxing”

4. Betty’s Burgers
Betty’s burgers simply because they taste amazing and are affordable, plus the shop is really cute and comforting.
📝 P’Urshin – Deakin University
5. The LUME Melbourne & Melbourne Museum
The LUME Melbourne is a massive and magnificent art exhibition. Another place I want to suggest is The Melbourne Museum, is also a large museum with numerous exhibit zones and a massive collection of dinosaur bones. Other attractions include SEA LIFE Melbourne is an aquarium with thousands of fish, as well as penguin troops. And if you enjoy leisure walking, I recommend Southbank since it has many restaurants with pleasant vibes that are ideal for walking.

6. Lemon Scented Lawns
Lemon Scented Lawns is an on-campus event venue that offers a variety of activities, music in the garden, a barbecue, and free drinks.
