Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to the UK?
I completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Thammasat University, majoring in Marketing.

Why did you choose to study in the UK?
I had always wanted to pursue a Master’s degree in the UK, as both my brother and relatives had studied there. After working for almost a year, I decided that if I continued working, I might lose the motivation to study further.

I also see postgraduate study as a great opportunity to build connections, not only with Thai students but also with people from around the world. It also helps develop a wide range of skills, such as leadership and management.

Why did you choose this university and what is your memorable experience at the university?
I chose the University of Leeds based on both its university ranking and the strength of the programme. Many of my colleagues had also completed their Master’s degrees at Leeds, which made my decision easier.

Initially, I was considering three cities: Nottingham, Bath, and Leeds. London was not in my options, as I had visited before and felt it did not suit my lifestyle.

Why did you choose this course?
The MSc Management programme offers modules that are useful whether I choose to work in a company or start my own business. The course helps develop management skills for corporate roles, as well as entrepreneurial skills for running a business.

How will your degree help your future career after graduation?
It will open up opportunities to develop key skills such as management and teamwork. I believe it will also strengthen my leadership abilities, which can support my future goal of becoming a manager. This programme will definitely help me build those skills.

What did you like the most about our service and your counsellor?

They assisted with applications to each university I selected and also provided contacts to help me find accommodation. This was incredibly helpful, as I might not have been able to secure such a good place without their guidance.
