Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to Australia?
Before going to study English, I had just completed my Master’s degree in Management at Mahidol University.

Why did you choose to study in Australia?
I chose to study in Australia because it is known for having one of the world’s leading education systems. It also feels like a safe country, has some Asian cultural familiarity, and is not too far from Thailand. The currency is also not overly expensive, and I had friends studying there, which made me feel more comfortable.

Why did you choose this institute and what is your memorable experience at the institute?
Before going, I chose ILSC Melbourne because I saw photos of the school from different sources and really liked it. The school looked modern, safe, and conveniently located in the city centre. When I arrived, it was exactly as I had expected.
My most memorable experience was meeting friends from many different countries, which allowed me to learn about new cultures and broaden my perspective. There were also many classes to choose from. Whenever I had any issues, I could easily talk to the school, and they were very responsive and supportive.

Why did you choose this course?
I chose the General English course because my goal was to improve all aspects of my English skills. This course suited me well, as I could change subjects in each session and continuously develop different skills.

How will your degree help your future career after graduation?
I feel that my speaking skills have improved significantly since the first session, and I am now much more confident communicating in English. After returning to Thailand, this will be very beneficial, especially if I work in an international organisation.

What did you like the most about our service and your counsellor?
P’Sang from One Education took great care of everything. She provided very detailed information and guidance throughout the visa application process, especially when helping me write and refine my statement. She paid attention to every step.
She also helped arrange my accommodation. I had so many questions (haha), and she answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. Even while I was in Australia, she continued to support me whenever I had any problems. I could always reach out and talk to her. I was very impressed with the service.
