Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to the UK?
Hello, my name is Gift. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at a company in Chonburi.

Why did you choose to study in the UK?
Based on my work experience, I became interested in Engineering Management. I also had a goal to complete my Master’s degree within a defined timeframe, and in the UK most programmes take around one year, which suited my plan. Most importantly, the courses offered by UK universities matched my interests, so I decided to study there.

Why did you choose this university and what is your memorable experience at the university?
I chose to pursue my Master’s degree at Coventry University in MSc Engineering Management. I selected this course because it aligns with my previous work experience, and I believe it will support my future career path. This made it an easy decision to choose both the programme and the university.

How did you receive a scholarship to study in the UK?
I received an automatic scholarship of £5,000. This was based on my relevant experience in the field and my academic performance, which met the scholarship criteria.

What advice would you give to students preparing to study in the UK?
First of all, I would recommend coming to One Education if you want someone to guide and support you throughout the entire process. They will also provide advice on scholarships. From my experience, building relevant experience in your chosen field is very important. I would definitely recommend One Education, as it helps you feel more confident and prepared, and you will also learn what to be aware of before going abroad.
