Currently, UNSW College offers three Applied Degree programs across the fields of Business and Information Technology, focusing on areas that are highly relevant to today’s evolving job market.

1. Bachelor of Applied Business (Business Management)

This program focuses on learning business through a practical, Applied Learning approach. Co-designed with industry professionals, the program helps students develop essential skills for working in modern organisations, including Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Data Analytics, Digital Business, and Project Management.

Students also have the opportunity to undertake an Industry Placement, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in a real workplace environment.

This program is ideal for students who want to study Business beyond theory and gain experience working on real projects, using data and digital tools to support decision-making, developing leadership skills, and gaining industry experience before graduation.

It is also a good option for students who are still exploring their career direction and are considering areas such as Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Project Management, or Business Analytics, as the program provides a broad range of potential career pathways.

2. Bachelor of Information Technology (Software Development)

This program focuses on developing practical skills in Software Development, Programming, AI, Cloud Technology, and Application Development.

Students learn through hands-on projects designed in collaboration with industry professionals, with opportunities to undertake an Industry Placement to gain real-world experience and prepare for their future careers.

The program is ideal for students who enjoy Coding and Technology and want to build their skills in areas such as Software Development, AI, Cloud Technology, or Application Development.
