University College London
University College London (UCL) is a globally renowned university and one of the founding colleges of the University of London. It is also the oldest university in London and the third oldest in the United Kingdom, established in 1826. Additionally, it was the first university in England to admit female students. UCL is the largest university within the University of London group and is also a member of the prestigious Russell Group of leading universities.
The main campus of UCL is in the Bloomsbury area of central London near the British Museum. Also, there is a new campus at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, east London which opened in 2019.
