Course: Integrated English program & Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours)
Institution: University of Queensland
Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to Australia?
Before going to Australia, I studied at Roong Aroon School under the Thai curriculum, specialising in Innovative Healthcare within the health sciences stream.
Why did you choose to study in Australia?
I chose to study in Australia because it offers an environment that is well suited for learning, with high educational standards that are widely recognised. It also provides the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds and experience beautiful natural surroundings.
Why did you choose this institute and what is your memorable experience at the institute?
I chose The University of Queensland because it is well known for its strength in Psychology. The teaching approach focuses on hands-on learning and research-based methods, which I believe will help me develop important skills such as research, critical thinking, and a strong academic foundation from experienced professors.
Why did you choose this course?
I chose the Integrated English Programme and Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours) because I have long been interested in understanding human thoughts and behaviour. I want to better understand myself and help others manage their internal challenges more effectively, as well as develop the ability to take care of mental wellbeing in different situations.
How will your degree help your future career after graduation?
Studying Psychology in Australia will provide me with essential knowledge and skills such as research abilities, understanding others, and language skills. These will open up opportunities for internships, further study at master’s level, and stable career paths both in Australia and internationally.
What did you like the most about our service and your counsellor?
P’Mind from One Education provided guidance and support throughout every step after I decided to study in Australia. She assisted with submitting university applications, kept me updated on the progress, and advised me when the university deferred my intake from 2025 to 2026. Once I made my final decision, she helped with accepting the offer and payment, and was always available to answer any questions. She also supported me during the visa application process. I truly appreciated her patience and clear guidance, which made me feel much more at ease throughout the journey.
