Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to the UK?
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies from Mae Fah Luang University.

Why did you choose to study in the UK?
I’ve always liked the UK, so when I decided to pursue a Master’s degree, I started researching universities there.

Another reason is that full-time Master’s programmes in the UK usually take only one year to complete, which felt like a very suitable timeframe.

Why did you choose this university and what impressed you during your studies?
I chose University of Surrey because it is located close to London. I personally enjoy being in a city environment, and when I attended the pre-sessional course, I travelled into London almost every week. It’s very convenient, with only about a 30–40 minute train journey.

At the same time, the university itself has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere, which is ideal for studying.

Why did you choose this course?
I chose Intercultural Business Communication and Marketing because I’m interested in marketing, but I also wanted to learn more about business communication. I believe communication is a key part of business, so this course felt like the right fit for me.

How will your degree help your future career after graduation?
After reviewing the course details, I believe it will be very beneficial for my career. Students can choose to do an internship during their studies or take additional modules, which helps prepare us for entering the workforce.

What did you like the most about our service and your counsellor?
