Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to Australia?

I graduated from Assumption University of Thailand (ABAC) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business English. After graduating, I worked at a law firm for more than four years before deciding to pursue a master’s degree in Australia.

Why did you choose to study in Australia?

I chose to study in Australia because I had visited the country several times before and really liked both the atmosphere and the people. I feel that Australia is diverse and relatively safe for students. In addition, there are many universities to choose from in different cities, depending on your interests and preferred field of study.

Why did you choose this institute and what is your memorable experience at the institute?

I chose Swinburne University of Technology because it is one of the well-known universities in Melbourne and offers a wide range of programmes, particularly in Business, which is my area of interest. The university integrates modern technology into its teaching, allowing students to learn and develop analytical thinking through real-world scenarios. The course content is very up to date, and all the lecturers are supportive, attentive, and always willing to explain and help. This makes studying both enjoyable and enriching. Importantly, the university also offers scholarships for Thai students.

Why did you choose this course?

I chose the Master of Supply Chain Innovation because I have always been interested in business. I have been involved in my family’s business from a young age and had already studied business fundamentals during my undergraduate degree. I wanted to further develop my knowledge to keep up with the current global environment and improve my professional skills. This programme meets all my expectations, both in terms of content and teaching approach, as it focuses on practical application rather than memorisation. That is why I decided to apply for this course.

How will your degree help your future career after graduation?

This programme will help me develop a more effective understanding of business management. It enhances my analytical thinking and ability to apply what I have learned to real working situations. I believe these skills can be applied to many career paths in the future, and I personally hope to use them to further develop my family business.
