Please introduce yourself – what did you study before going to the UK?
I studied at Assumption University, Faculty of Communication Arts, majoring in Advertising.

Why did you choose to study in the UK?
The duration of study is relatively short, as most Master’s programmes take only one year to complete. In addition, many universities offer scholarships for international students, with tuition fee reductions available for those who achieved a GPA above 3.00 during their undergraduate studies, which is very appealing.

Why did you choose this university and what impressed you during your studies?
I chose to study at University of Chester because Chester is a small, charming, and safe city. The cost of living is lower compared to larger cities, and most places within the city are within walking distance, which helps save on transportation costs.

Chester is also not far from Liverpool and Manchester, making it easy to take one-day trips during free time or weekends, with reasonably priced train fares.

Why did you choose this programme?
I chose MSc Digital Marketing because I am interested in this field and wanted to improve my English language skills at the same time.

How has this course helped your career after graduation?
My English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing have improved significantly. The course content is aligned with current industry trends and provides direct knowledge in the field of Digital Marketing. Studying in the UK also emphasises analytical thinking and referencing, which has helped me develop stronger critical thinking skills.
