Please tell us about yourself – what course and institute did you study before going to Australia?
I graduated from the Joint International Psychology Programme (JIPP), a dual degree programme between Chulalongkorn University and the University of Queensland.

Why did you choose to study in Australia?
I chose Australia because of its strong reputation in education, cultural diversity, and its welcoming environment for international students.

My previous experience during my dual degree also exposed me to a supportive academic environment, which inspired me to continue my studies in a similar setting.

Why did you choose this university and what impressed you during your studies?
I chose Monash University because it is one of the world’s leading universities and is internationally recognised. This gave me confidence in the quality of teaching and its global reputation.

Why did you choose this course?
I chose to pursue a Master of Data Science after my undergraduate studies in psychology because I recognised the growing importance of data-driven insights across various industries.

This programme allows me to combine my analytical skills from psychology with technical skills in data science, helping me expand my capabilities and adapt to the demands of the data field.

How will your degree help your future career after graduation?
Studying Data Science alongside my background in psychology helps me develop essential skills in data analytics, enabling me to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.

It also strengthens my decision-making abilities and allows me to apply evidence-based practices from psychology. Beyond expanding career opportunities, this combination enables me to approach psychological challenges using data-driven methods.

What did you like the most about our service and your counsellor?
