4. Global Exchange Opportunities

Students can further enhance their academic experience and CV by participating in exchange programmes with Monash partner universities in more than 30 countries worldwide, including destinations across the UK, Europe, the United States, Asia, and New Zealand. Eligible students can study abroad for up to three semesters, or approximately 1.5 years, depending on the partner institution and exchange programme requirements.

Monash University Malaysia is located in Bandar Sunway, one of Malaysia’s fastest-growing economic and residential districts. The campus is approximately 20 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur, around 30 minutes from the city centre, and about 40 minutes from the airport. It is also just over an hour’s flight from Thailand, making travel between the two countries quick and convenient. This close proximity allows students to return home easily during breaks while also making it more convenient for family members to visit throughout their studies.
